160th Theater Signal Brigade, Administration, Information Technology Engineering and Logistical Support (AITEL)

Background
The 160th Theater Signal Brigade requires Administration, Information Technology Engineering, and Logistical Support (AITEL) as per the solicitation W91RUS-24-R-0020. The work performance will require Contractor access to Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), and other systems as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Access to SIPRNET or any other classified systems shall only be at U.S Government controlled work locations. The Contractor shall comply with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), Section 117.19(g), regarding exposure to NATO information. Approval of the Government KO is required prior to subcontracting.

Work Details
The work performance includes requirements such as accreditation of the SIPRNET backbone to transport NATO Secret and information, providing NATO awareness briefings to contractor personnel, control and custody of all classified information remaining with the 160th Signal Brigade, submission of Visit Authorization Requests (VARs) for all cleared contractor personnel, providing a monthly Security Clearance Access Roster (SCAR) to the Brigade S-2, in-processing through the 160th Signal Brigade or respective Battalion S-2 for initial security briefings, and out-processing/clearing through the 160th Signal Brigade or respective Battalion S2 upon termination of employment on the contract or upon contract expiration/termination.
