Background
The Delaware Army National Guard (DEARNG) has identified a requirement for heavy equipment rentals to support the 160th Engineer Vertical Construction Company (EVCC) during their Annual Training (AT) for Fiscal Year 2026.

The mission of DEARNG is to provide trained and ready forces to support state and federal missions. This contract aims to ensure the availability of specialized equipment necessary for the successful execution of training operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following specialized heavy equipment:

- Hydraulic Excavators: Two (2) units, 50-59k capacity;
- Articulated Loader: One (1) unit, 2 3/4 - 3-yard capacity;
- Low Boy Trailers: Four (4) units, specifically M870A3.

Equipment delivery must occur on or before June 4, 2026, with pickup on or before June 20, 2026. Detailed specifications and requirements are outlined in attachment 01 Product Description (PD).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from June 4, 2026, to June 20, 2026.
