This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFP does not commit the government to pay any cost incurred in the submission of a proposal or to award a contract for these imaging systems. It is also noted that the Contracting Officer is the only individual who may legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection to this procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. Business Size Standard 1250.

This RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2021-04 Effective January 19, 2021. This announcement constitutes the only RFP; proposals are being requested. This acquisition incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The Government anticipates award of a single indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with fixed unit prices. If necessary, an amendment with answers to questions will be provided prior to proposal due date. The proposal must be received by June 24, 2021 at 11:00 am ET. The proposal shall be submitted via email.
