Background
The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking to provide Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment services for male and female Adults in Custody (AICs) held under its authority in Monroe, LA.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that these individuals receive necessary mental health and substance abuse treatment services as outlined in the Statement of Work titled 'Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services, Statement of Work, 2022.'

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering a range of treatment services including:
1. Substance Use Disorder Treatment Planning and Follow-up
2. Substance Use Disorder Intake Screening
3. Substance Use Disorder Individual Counseling
4. Substance Use Disorder Intake Assessment & Report
5. Co-occurring Intake Assessment & Report
6. Substance Use Disorder Group Counseling
7. Substance Use Disorder Relationship and Parenting Counseling
8. Mental Health Treatment Planning and Follow-up
9. Mental Health Intake Screening
10. Mental Health Intake Assessment & Report
11. Psychiatric Evaluation & Report
12. Crisis Intervention Evaluation & Report
13. Mental Health Individual Counseling
14. Mental Health Relationship and Parenting Counseling
15. MH - Medication Monitoring & Report.

Each service has specified minimum and maximum quantities to be delivered over the contract period, ensuring comprehensive care for the AICs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from January 7, 2024, with options extending through January 2029, covering multiple years with specific tasks assigned for each year.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at facilities located in Monroe, Louisiana.
