The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting Office; Louisville, KY is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse, mental health, and sex offender, services in Louisville, KY area. The physical location where services are to be provided must be within the boundaries/borders of Louisville, KY and accessible by local transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 01, 2024, with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on September 30, 2029 (if all options are renewed). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date will be on or around August 30, 2024.

Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. This requirement is set aside. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
