The physical location where services are to be provided must be within the boundaries/borders of Louisville, KY and accessible by local transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 01, 2024, with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on September 30, 2029 (if all options are renewed). Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. This requirement is set aside. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
