Background
The South Dakota Army National Guard is hosting a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Event aimed at supporting Soldiers and their families who are deploying and returning from deployments.

1. Meeting Space: Provide a large room for general assembly accommodating 340 people with round tables and chairs; setup must include a stage or raised platform, podium with microphone stand, wireless microphone and hand microphones for questions with house sound system.
2. Audio/Visual Equipment: Set up 2-3 large projector screens and projectors with necessary tables or A/V carts.
3. Meals: Provide adult meals as per specifications in Performance Work Statement paragraphs 5.1.5 and 5.1.6; ensure youth meals are also provided as detailed in the same sections.
4. Setup Schedule: Access to the venue must be available by 8:00 AM CST on August 8 for setup and audio-visual checks; the event starts at noon on August 8 and continues until 6:00 PM; on August 9 access is required by 7:00 AM for further setup.
