Background
The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (CG-SEA-C-SFLC) is issuing a one-time Firm-Fixed Price contract to purchase original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Fin Stabilizer System and components parts for the USCG 154’ Patrol Boats (WPCs).

The contract is awarded to Quantum Marine Engineering, Inc., the OEM, ensuring that only genuine parts are used to maintain proper form, fit, and function.

Work Details
The contract includes the procurement of various parts as specified in Attachment 1 - Schedule of Supplies and Prices.

All items must be OEM parts from Quantum Marine Engineering, Inc. The required delivery schedule specifies that all items shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD within 120 calendar days after contract award.

The items must be packaged and marked according to Attachment 2 – Preservation, Packaging, Marking and Barcoding.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will commence upon award and continue until final delivery and payment.
