Background
The Department of the Navy, specifically the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic, is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of a mobile boat hoist. The goal of this contract is to acquire a straddle type self-propelled 150 US ton mobile boat hoist (MBH) for use at Fleet Activities Sasebo, Yokose Fuel Terminal in Sasebo, Japan. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a straddle type self-propelled 150-ton mobile boat hoist (MBH). The hoist must be designed by a registered professional engineer and include engineering services, labor, supervision, equipment, quality control, materials, supplies, and construction services.

The crane shall be designed, fabricated, prepared for shipment, shipped to the job site, assembled, tested post-delivery, and made ready for use. The evaluation criteria will include:
1. Technical (Product Literature, General Arrangement Drawing(s) & Narrative)
2. Past Performance.

The planned contract completion date is approximately 550 calendar days from award to completion.
