Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Norfolk, Strategic Sealift Program Support Office is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) N3220525R6016 for a 15-day Dry Cargo Time Charter. The MSC's mission includes providing strategic sealift capabilities to support U.S. military operations and ensuring the availability of vessels that can meet specific transportation requirements.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide one U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 16,000 square feet of cargo and at least 167 Twenty-foot Equivalent Units (TEUs).
