Background
The contract is issued by the United States Air Force (USAF) and the United States Navy (USN) for the procurement of parts related to F-35 Ejection Seats. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all components meet stringent military standards and specifications, particularly in relation to ammunition data cards (ADC) that are critical for traceability and safety in munitions.

Work Details
The contractor is required to prepare Ammunition Data Cards (ADC) in accordance with MIL-STD-1168 (current revision) and follow the format required by the Worldwide Ammunition-data Repository Program (WARP). Key requirements include:

1. ADCs must include details for all energetic materials used in assemblies, such as igniter cartridges and explosive cords, including common names, manufacturer's part numbers, lot numbers, and dates of manufacture.

2. Traceability must be ensured through documentation like Certificates of Conformance (COC), Certificates of Analysis (COA), Quality Assurance Records (QAR), etc.

3. The contractor may use their own internal part numbers but must also provide original manufacturer's information.

4. Hardware components must be traceable and identified by original manufacturer’s documentation.

5. A sample ADC must be generated for government review before final production lots can be submitted.

6. A hard copy of the ADC must accompany each shipment.
