Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VHA) Law Enforcement within the Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) is seeking a contractor to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for supplying ammunition to VA Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs). This contract aims to ensure that LEOs can maintain proficiency and conduct training necessary for their protective and investigative duties across various VA facilities. The contract will span five years and is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

- Federal Tactical Bonded
- Caliber: .223/5.56mm
- Bullet Weight: 62 GR
- Rounds per case: 500
- Golden Saber LE 124 GR
- Caliber: 9mm
- Bullet Type: BJHP (Brass jacket hollow point)

2. Training Ammunition:
- Standard Training Ammunition for 9MM and .223/5.56mm with specified weights and types.

3. Frangible Training Ammunition:
- Frangible ammunition in both Brass jacketed-compressed iron core and Copper Lead Free variants, all in specified calibers and weights.

All ammunition must be newly manufactured, compliant with applicable laws, and delivered within specified timeframes, generally within 30 days after receipt of order.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will occur at various locations within the geographical coverage area of the Western States Network Consortium.
