All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, February 27th, 2026.

An organized site visit will be held on Wednesday Feb 18th, 2026, 1:00 PM PST. See page attachment "1. Statement of Work" for full details. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

Background
The Brush Creek Work Center construction project is issued by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) following the devastation caused by the North Complex Fire in 2020, which destroyed most structures at the site.
