Requests For Information (RFI's) are required to be submitted on attachment RFI Form and are due to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) via email no later than August 5th, 2026, 10:00 AM Pacific Time. No questions will
be accepted after this date and time.

All quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) no later than August 14th, 2026, 10:00 AM Pacific Time.

The contract is issued by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the purpose of reconstructing storm-damaged sections of Cone Peak Road (FS Road 20S05.3) on the Monterey Ranger District of the Los Padres National Forest due to flood damages.

Work Details
The contract involves reconstructing seven sites along Cone Peak Road, focusing on designing and constructing Reinforced Soil Slopes (RSS). Specific tasks include:
- Site 1: Design and construct an RSS with one 60” diameter culvert and 210 cubic yards of class 2 rip rap.
- Site 2: Design and construct an RSS with three 24” diameter culverts, three 48”X48” drop inlets, 220 cubic yards of class 2 rip rap, and a 4” thick surface course aggregate.
- Site 6: Design and construct an RSS with two 36” diameter culverts, two 36”X60” drop inlets, two 36” diameter down drains, and 30 cubic yards of class 2 rip rap.
