All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, August 29th 2025.

A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

Background
The Lumsden Road Repair project is issued by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and aims to address significant road failures on Lumsden Road (1N10) near Buck Meadows, CA, which occurred during the Winter and Spring of 2023.
