All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, June 18th, 2024.

A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

Background
The solicitation 127EAW24R0040 is for the construction of Wrights Lake Visitor Parking Gates in the El Dorado National Forest. Period of Performance
The estimated start date for gate fabrication is 08/05/2024 through 11/01/2024. On-the-ground work can start after Labor Day through the end of October, with a total of 60 ground days allocated for completion.

The construction projects will be performed at Wrights Lake in the Eldorado National Forest Pacific Ranger District, Eldorado County.
