Background
The Dillon Ranger District at Officer's Gulch is seeking snow removal services to ensure safe access for non-off road vehicles and pedestrian traffic.

The goal of this contract is to maintain clear and accessible parking lots and sidewalks in the Officer's Gulch housing area, which is part of the White River National Forest managed by the USDA.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide snow removal services for all non-off road parking lots and sidewalks by 7:00 AM after every accumulation of three inches or greater within a 12-hour period.

Specific performance objectives include:
1) Providing snow removal to a level that allows safe operation of vehicles and pedestrian traffic without any deviation from standards;
2) Ensuring that no more than 10% of available parking spaces and dumpster areas are blocked by accumulated snow;
3) Removing snow without causing damage to government property, landscaping, or utilities while allowing pedestrian use of sidewalks;
4) Ensuring that vehicles are not blocked by snow piles or banks during the snow removal process.
