Background
The solicitation is for the Fiscal Year 2022 - 2026 (FY22-26) 120mm Tank Training Ammunition. The contract involves the manufacturing and cost estimating tasks, including the flow of information to suppliers. The USG plans to pay for Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) costs incurred by BAE for Performance Work Statement (PWS), which has a significant impact on the prices for propellant and nitrocellulose.
