Background
The 112th Signal Battalion (SO)(A) is part of the Theater Special Operations Command and is responsible for ensuring mission readiness for SOCOM units globally. This contract aims to provide advanced technical training and support services to enhance the capabilities of SOF Communicators, aligning with the USASOC Commanding General's priorities for C5ISR innovation.

The contract encompasses various training programs including IT Network Support, Information Assurance, and Program Management Training across all USASOC locations both CONUS and OCONUS.

Work Details
The contractor will deliver a comprehensive training program that includes: IT Network Support Training, Ordering Material/Supplies/Equipment Training, IT Asset/Warehouse Management Training, Program Management Training, and Information Assurance Training. Specific requirements include:
- Proposing a training plan and course lengths within 30 days post-award.
- Conducting courses at Fort Bragg, NC or other designated locations.
- Providing project management, course preparation, workstations, and necessary materials.
- Delivering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to class requirements.
- Conducting pre-course assessments and post-course assessments with students.
- Ensuring that at least 90% of students improve their scores from pretests to final tests.
- Providing test centers for IT certification exams and including test vouchers in the contract cost.

Place of Performance
Training will occur at Fort Bragg, NC, offsite locations as directed, or virtually.
