Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, specifically the Little Rock District and Tulsa District, is issuing this solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) focused on the conversion of 110 Stoplog (Bulkhead) Slot Cuts within the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) located in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

The goal of this contract is to facilitate necessary construction tasks that support the navigation system's operational integrity and safety.

Work Details
