Background
This is a non-personal services contract to provide event coordination. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform event coordination as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.

The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the resulting contract.

Work Details
The offeror's technical quotations will be evaluated to determine if the offeror provides a sound, compliant approach that meets the requirements of the Performance Work Statement and demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of those requirements. An evaluation rating of Technically Acceptable / Non-Acceptable will be assigned upon completion of the technical quotations evaluation. The price must be completed for all line items. The offeror with the lowest Total Estimated Schedule Price represents the best value for . intends to award without discussions. As such, Offerors are admonished to submit all information requested and to provide their best possible pricing up front. In addition, offerors are cautioned against submitting an offer that contains unbalanced pricing. Prices submitted will be compared and evaluated to assure that a logical progression exists as related to price within each offeror’s response to the pricing structure in the line items.
