100 LRS Modular Portable Cargo Loading Ramp

Background
The 100th Logistical Readiness Squadron (100 LRS) is responsible for managing government equipment and supporting the offloading of over 500 wheeled assets across two wings, ensuring safe and efficient cargo flow.

Currently, the squadron lacks the ability to offload cargo in areas without level cargo docks, which can cause delays, particularly with flatbed trailer deliveries. The goal of this contract is to procure a modular portable loading ramp that will facilitate continued operations when docks are unavailable, thereby reducing disruptions.

Work Details
The contractor must provide a modular portable cargo loading ramp that meets the following specifications:
- Load Capacity: Rated for use with loads up to 50 short tons.
- Storage and Transport: Must be stowed on a 463L pallet with maximum dimensions of 88" length x 108" width x 88" height when disassembled.
- Vehicle Adjustability: Must be adjustable for varying wheelbase vehicles.
- Height Adjustment: Must adjust to facilitate loading at trailer heights up to 58 inches.

Additionally, the contractor is required to provide all materials, transportation, and personnel necessary for the manufacture and delivery of the ramp, along with a minimum one-year warranty, a demonstration, and user training upon delivery.
