Description

This purchase request supports the maintenance and repairs on all the elevators at Baltimore and Loch Raven VA Medical Center. The vendor will provide one (1) qualified elevator mechanic 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year from Monday to Friday. First shift 7:00am to 3:30pm, this will include a 30-minute lunch break. This is a base year plus 4 option years' service contracts. The contractor will accomplish the tasks to include. Site Visit October 5th, 2023 at 10 am Est.
