This solicitation is issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for the Italy PC&S Purchase Program Number (PPN 1.8A). The goal of this contract is to procure fuel requirements for U.S. government operations in Italy, ensuring compliance with the Italian Ministry of Finance’s guidelines for processing tax-free fuel requirements. Work Details
The contract will involve the delivery of fuel products as specified in Attachment A, which summarizes multiple aggregate groups selected to coincide with individual tax regions in Italy. The line items are regionally grouped to match the guidelines for processing tax-free fuel requirements. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest total price for the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) within each overall aggregate group. Offerors must provide accurate and complete information in their proposals, as failure to do so may render an offer unacceptable. All quantities listed are estimates, and any reference to days should be considered business days. The ordering period for all contracts awarded under this solicitation will be from 01 April 2026 through 31 December 2028.
