Background
The solicitation is for providing Marine Gas Oil (MGO) fuel to US Ships and Vessels at various ports locations under the DLA Energy Ships and Bunkers 1.3C SOUTHCOM Program.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) fuel to US Ships and Vessels at various port locations. The product to be supplied shall fully meet the requirements of the applicable specifications, including compliance with all Federal, State, and local environmental requirements, as well as International Agreements, Treaties, Conventions, and MARPOL 73/78 Annex VI Regulations 14 and 18.
The contractor is responsible for determining the existence of all such requirements prior to the time deliveries are made. The product offered shall be required to fully meet the applicable specification(s). The supplier shall provide a 'Statutory Sample' of at least 400-milliliters in volume, taken from the receiving vessel’s inlet bunker manifold, together with a Bunker Delivery Note (BDN). The sample shall be sealed and carry a sample tag that provides the documentation required per MARPOL 73/78 Annex VI Regulation 18.
