Background
The Deep Space Logistics (DSL) Project requires effective leaders for the organization's current and future success. DSL seeks training for executive leaders that specializes in executive coaching with an approach that fosters accountability. The training will involve one-on-one meetings to establish a rapport and review coaching goals and objectives, as well as collecting feedback from interviews and compiling responses into a summary report. The program will also cater to the unique needs of the executives, providing expertise to help them achieve their goals, improve their professional performance and personal satisfaction, and consequently improve the effectiveness of the organization as a whole.

Work Details
