THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The U.S. Army Engineer District, Alaska intends to specify the below listed items as part of larger construction contract to be executed on Fort Wainwright, Alaska. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. ITEM: Vantera M210 Intelligent Parking Lot Controller. THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No solicitation will be available as this sole source item will be incorporated into the specifications for the1 + 1 BARRACKS (FTW360) project, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Fort Wainwright has standardized the systems on the installation, requiring that all new parking lots with vehicle HeadBolt heater Outlets (HBO) install Vantera M210 Intelligent Parking Lot Controller. The use of Vantera M210 Intelligent Parking Lot Controller is important to the Government as it allows the parking lot outlets to automatically provide power for specific durations at different temperature ranges. The specification of the Vantera M210 Intelligent Parking Lot Controller system will maintain consistency with the existing systems installed on Fort Wainwright. Vendors who offer a Vantera M210 Intelligent Parking Lot Controller system with the above capability are invited to respond to this notice. Responses must include the following information:
