Background
The Department of Labor (DOL), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is seeking to procure Noise Dosimeters as outlined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW).
This procurement aims to establish a Firm Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to ensure the availability of necessary equipment for monitoring noise levels in occupational settings.
The requirement is subject to the Buy American Act (BAA) and will be awarded based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of Noise Dosimeter Kits, which include:
- 5 personal noise dosimeters
- 1 acoustical calibrator
- 1 docking/charging station to accommodate all included noise dosimeters
- 5 microphone windscreens
- 1 carrying case.

The quantities required are as follows:
- Base Period: July 21, 2026 – July 20, 2027: 164 Kits
- Option Period 01: July 21, 2027 – July 20, 2028: 135 Kits
- Option Period 02: July 21, 2028 – July 20, 2029: 130 Kits
- Option Period 03: July 21, 2029 – July 20, 2030: 130 Kits
- Option Period 04: July 21, 2030 – July 20, 2031: 130 Kits.

Period of Performance
Base Period: July 21, 2026 – July 20, 2027; with four option periods extending to July 20, 2031.
