Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award 1605C125P00034, awarded to Repss for $170,100 (09/26/25–09/25/26) for “NOISE DOSIMETERS.” The current RFQ similarly seeks delivery of noise dosimeter kits (including personal dosimeters and calibration/docking accessories) under a BPA structure, which suggests the work is a continuation of the same type of equipment procurement for OSHA noise monitoring needs.
