Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking technical support services for its Cincinnati facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing planning, procurement, and technical support services for the EPA Cincinnati facilities. The contract will be performed over a period of seven years.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform various tasks including the acquisition, creation, or modification of computer programs or automated databases for delivery to EPA, analysis of requirements, study of feasibility, evaluation of alternatives, and design and development of computer programs or automated databases. The contractor shall also provide services that offer EPA personnel access to computer or word processing equipment, software, data communications, electronic messaging services, electronic record-keeping, and other automated information services.
Additionally, the contractor shall furnish necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the Performance Work Statement included in Attachment 1. Work will be ordered against the subject Performance Work Statement through the issuance of task orders.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of seven years.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at the US Environmental Protection Agency located at 26 West Martin Luther King Drive, Mail Code: W136, Cincinnati OH 45268-0001 USA.
