The Heber-Kamas Ranger District is requesting mission critical action restoration work for the Yellow Lake Disaster Relief Project. This project work would begin this year and could go through FY27. This contract should include 1. The purchase and delivery of boulders seeds and soil amendment. 2. The placement of boulders application of seeds and the application of soil amendment. 3. Mechanical scarification/pitting. The contract work will need to take place between the months of June and October snow dependent.
