Please include "WR 177110" in the title for MCBH tracking purposes. -Remove pitch and gravel roof and install capsheet roofing -Remove and replace all existing edge flashing with copper -Remove and replace all wood rafters/joists/fascia/sheathing -Repair all spalling concrete -Replace all existing windows -Replace all exterior doors with FRP doors -Replace all electrical components -Repair and/or replace all damaged drywall -Replace all interior doors -Replace all baseboard with vinyl -Replace all flooring with vinyl -Remove and replace existing ceiling with acoustic ceiling tiles and grid -Prep, prime and paint all interior and exterior surfaces. Match existing color Request work be sent to contract Site visit mandatory. Contractor will be responsible to sample/test (and abate, if necessary) any suspected hazardous material in the areas that they disturb
