Description
The objective of this statement of work (SOW) is to deliver compliance guidance for operational safety plans to ensure laboratory safety procedures for staff and visitor safety, and evaluation controls for the effectiveness of the workspaces at FHWA TFHRC identified in Appendix A hereafter referred simply as workspaces for brevity. The deliverables shall support the research mission, while ensuring personnel working at these workspaces are protected from recognized hazards that are cause, or are likely to cause, physical harm. The desired outcome of this SOW is that all the identified workspaces safety processes, inspections, required trainings, and reporting processes are consistent, accurate, OSHA compliant, in adherence to the FHWA safety manual, and implemented throughout the workspaces.
