WO 1908617 -- CNIC-64 - NRW 1016, Remediate Mold in Rooms 218, 405, 103 Check in a front desk before beginning work. Remediate approximately 160SF of carpet in Room 218. Remediate approximately 125SF of carpet in Room 218. Remediate approximately 25SF of drywall with put back and paint to match. Isolate workspace, run dehumidifiers and air scrubbers during work in affected area.

Re-mediate Mold in the following rooms: Room 218 and 103 - IEI staff will mobilize. - Criticals will be established to contain work space - IEI will wipe down all affected non-porous areas with anti-microbial compound. - Remediation and removal of approx. 160 SF of carpet from 218 - Remediation and removal of approx. 125 SF of carpet from 103 - Area shall be cleaned HEPA vacuumed. - IEI will re-install brand new carpet tiles and vinyl cove base - Final cleaning and demobilization from site Room 405 - IEI staff will mobilize. - Criticals will be established to contain work space - IEI will wipe down all affected non-porous areas with anti-microbial compound. - Remediation and removal of approx. 25SF of drywall - Area shall be cleaned HEPA vacuumed. - IEI will putback new drywall and paint to match up to 25 SF - Final cleaning and demobilization from site - IEI will not be performing any material demolition or re-construction service
