WNY-176 NAVSEA Renovate Facility for Secure Center of Excellence

The requirement for this effort is to renovate all floors of WNY-176, as the current SCIF spaces do not meet security requirements from a recent security audit. This renovation effort needs to bring the entire facility to SCIF/SAPF requirements, which shall include: renovating all spaces for SCIF/SAPF construction, Recommissioning all HVAC systems within the building, Either Replacing Chillers or Adding WNY-176 to Main Chiller Plant loop along with replacing any needed miscellaneous mechanical equipment, Replacing All Elevators and associated Equipment, Renovating all Kitchenettes and Hallways, Procurement and Installation of systems furniture (which must be approved by NAVSEA prior because of current systems furniture being used in other facilities), Replacing all carpet and Replacing the existing roofing. This shall be a complete renovation with all design work approved by NAVSEA. This requirement WILL NOT include restrooms, which are currently being renovated. Main entrance renovation, sewer vent to roof, common space hallways and kitchenettes renovation is included as well.
