Environmental services to facilitate a streamlined Endangered Species Act Section 7 consultation process between the Bureau of Land Management Oregon and Washington and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Marine Fisheries Service NOAA Fisheries regarding the revision of the 2016 Resource Management Plans for Western Oregon. The contract will be expected to support the NOAA Fisheries' ability to issue a Biological Opinion regarding the plans' potential impacts to numerous Federally listed species including but not limited to multiple species of salmon.
