Environmental services to facilitate a streamlined Endangered Species Act Section 7 consultation process between the Bureau of Land Management Oregon and Washington and the US Fish and Wildlife Service regarding the revision of the 2016 Resource Management Plans for Western Oregon. The contract will be expected to support the US Fish and Wildlife Service's ability to issue a Biological Opinion regarding the plans potential impacts to numerous Federally listed species including but not limited to the northern spotted owl and marbled murrelet.
