Web Application Modernization (WAM) Phase 2 Continuation of the web application consolidation work performed under the previous contract (Phase 1), to implement integration of PSPD s web applications into the CBP Passenger Gateway framework (Phase 2). 2. Cloud Migration Optimization (MO) / Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support Experienced cloud resources to review solutions proposed by the PSPD system integrator, support cloud onboarding and tracking, and coordinate among cloud stakeholders (e.g., CME, ECSD, AWS) to minimize the risk of production issues occurring in the cloud. 3. Systems Technical Support Includes supporting the TECS acquisition program documentation and reporting needs, Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and testing, and managing the data retention program.
