WEAPNS‐820 Repair Electrical and Ventilation Systems

D'Urso on Oct.08, 2021 After an inspection on site at B.820 (Oct.07, 2021) to confirm the requirements (coming from 2016) are still valid, this is the updated Requirement: REPAIR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Replace old and not fully working electric panel. Remove Live electric cables exposed on steel structure and reinstall in cable raceway. Replace the existing #24 Light Fixtures (High Pressure Sodium type partially working) having very low efficiency, with new LED technology. Electrical distribution system to be reconfigured and rebalanced. This work will involve partial or total replacement of wiring and cables. FIRE PROTECTION: Provide fire detection system complete of fire alarm transmitter (currently missing). VENTILATION: Replace inadequate warehouse ventilation system supported by #8 fans installed at both ends of the warehouse. All the current #8 fans are no longer functional. Missing Air flow into the warehouse is causing overheating during the summer. New fans shall be provided of separate control panel. ICAP inspection
