Walk in Freezer and Refrigerator Condenser and Evaporator replacement.

Remove existing Walk-in Freezer and Refrigerator condensers, evaporators, piping, control wiring and electrical and install new refrigeration system. Contractor shall provide and install products that meet and/or exceed ENERGY STAR certified and FEMP-designated guidelines. Walk-in Freezer and Refrigerator condensers, evaporators, equipment, and materials shall be installed as per manufacturer s Installation and Operations Manual and refrigeration installation best practices. All refrigerant line penetrations shall be sealed to keep water from entering the building. All new refrigerant lines shall be insulated with closed-cell types of refrigerant pipe insulation. New refrigerant lines shall also be insulated at pipe hanger fittings to prevent moisture damage at pipe hanger locations. All new refrigerant lines be secured with the proper hanger clamp/fittings. All insulated refrigerant lines shall be protected with an aluminum pipe insulation jacket to include areas at exterior and interior walking and working surfaces. Install new digital temperature displays that are mounted in the kitchen area and mounted in the dry storage warehouse. A non-electric/non-battery powered thermometer shall be mounted inside the freezer and refrigerators. The thermometer shall be big enough to be visible from anywhere inside the freezer and refrigerators.
