Vessel Construction Management (VCM) Services for Floating Drydock

The objective of this contract is to procure vessel construction management (VCM) services for a floating drydock capable of lifting an NSC and OPC for the Coast Guard YARD in Baltimore MD. The contract for VCM will include the following: Award of contracts for construction of the Floating Drydock. Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Monitoring shipyard performance against the contract requirements and reporting production status and metrics to the Government. Providing technical expertise and guidance to the shipyards. Delivery of the Floating Drydock to the Coast Guard YARD in Baltimore, MD Completing commissioning, testing and training of drydock in homeport. Managing construction risks and issues.
