Description
For the purpose of this contract, the Contractor will be responsible to provide scheduled/unscheduled inspections, maintenance, and repairs, to include accident repair for FEMA National Fleet. Inspections shall include pre/post-deployment, quarterly, third-party Department of Transportation Inspections (DOTs), and annuals (for equipment that doesn t require a DOT). Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall provide all supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform the management and operation of equipment maintenance functions as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All supplies and materials will be of a type and quality that conform to applicable industry accepted standards and, to the extent feasible and reasonable, include the exclusive use of bio-based products. All supplies, materials, and equipment to be used in the performance of work described herein are subject to the approval of the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) or authorized government personnel.
