Both the USPP Washington Metro Area (WMA) Dispatch Operations Center and the USPP NYFO/Gateway NRA Dispatch Operations Center have a requirement to replace their outdated and failing phone systems which are using a variety of disparate components and are at risk of complete failure. SPOK, a system being used in the NYFY/GNRA DOC recently failed and the contractor maintenance vendor stated they are unable to provide further support. A new system is required that provides ANI, ALI, VoIP, etc.
