Description
The existing roof replacement was never completed. The contractor failed to provide a warranty-worthy end product. According to the Manufacturer, the existing roof requires rework to include all roof drains removed and reinstalled, and all the metal coping needs to be removed and reinstalled. The funding for the project was issued in Sept 2021 and expired before the work could be completed. The roof currently only has a base coat down which is not acceptable due to exposure to UV Rays. The section over the lobby area has a temporary roof installed and now shows signs of leakage.
