Tasks under FOSS include: Unclassified Mail Distribution Management (which includes courier services, receipt and delivery of non-classified correspondence, files, records and parcels that aren t supplies/equipment), performing file audits, creating new files, performing unclassified file maintenance, and providing naturalization ceremony support. USCIS intends to issue a solicitation via GSA eBuy as a SDVOSB set aside. USCIS will update this record as necessary.
