USCIS has a requirement for coaching services to USCIS executives and senior leaders. Coaching services may include individual coaching sessions and team coaching sessions and may incorporate the use of various assessments, such as 360-degree or Myers-Briggs, as appropriate. The executive coaching shall increase the effectiveness and leadership competencies of the USCIS program participants through coaching engagements designed to target specific areas such as improved leadership, awareness of participant's actions as a senior leader, and how the senior leader is being perceived by others. The anticipating service will include a base year plus four one-year options
