USCG District 5 and District 9 Environmental Compliance Plans (ECPs) CY22 and CY23

The objective of this task is to provide professional architectural and engineering services for development and certification of ECPs at certain USCG D5 and D9 Units. ECPs will be comprised of approximately (34) Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans; (2) RCRA/Hazardous Waste Plans; (1) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit Plan update, including any required permit fees, compliance testing, and and non-DLA hazwaste/recycling.
