USCG C5I Service Center BOD-AIB Engineering Services

The purpose of this Contract is to obtain technical support services to assist the U.S. Coast Guard s C5ISC BOD-AIB in providing Technical Authority oversight for C4&IT acquisitions. Contractor will assist the BOD-AIB in providing technical systems acquisition support as it exercises Technical Authority Representation oversight of USCG Acquisition Program Offices. The contractor will perform comprehensive operational and functional requirements analysis; provide implementation support; and participate in system and platform sustainment planning. These tasks require knowledge and experience in providing programmatic support, an understanding of the acquisition principles involved with performance-based acquisition, knowledge of vessel and systems development processes, and the ability to develop and manage technical system specifications. Also required is the ability to plan asset and system sustainment, identify and support systems and test equipment, manage technical data and Engineering Changes, develop operator and maintenance training, support coordination with diverse stakeholders, recommend and submit technical solutions, and maintain system configuration and documentation.
