USCG Academy CRM modernization

The USCGA requires Anthology Reach, a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) technology designed for use by college and enrollment offices. The SaaS solution is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based application that stores student, volunteer, educator, and high school data; host online data collection forms such as admission applications; and provide capabilities to carry out marketing, event planning, trip management, interviews, communication, recruiting, application, application review, and data analysis. The system will have a public facing interface that will be hosted in a cloud hosted environment.
