USCG Academy Athletic Bus Contract

The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) is located in New London, CT. The Academy requires a vendor to provide personnel (driver) and vehicles to transport USCGA Athletic teams to and from all events, competitions, or off-site parking. There are three seasons to the athletic year: the fall, winter, and spring. The bus schedule for athletics changes from year to year based on the teams and clubs finalizing their schedules. Some trips may require overnight stays or additional drivers. This requirement will include vehicles to accommodate some small and large athletics teams (50+ capacity). In addition, there may be days when multiple vehicles are required.
