United States Border Patrol Program Management Office Directorate Acquisition Support Services

The purpose of this contract is to provide a wide range of professional acquisition and contract support to the PMOD necessary to plan and execute program office s acquisition requirements effectively and efficiently, and help ensure the accomplishment of PMOD s responsibilities in the areas of pre-award acquisition planning, source selection, and contract administration and management (ranging from the preparation of statements of work, acquisition documentation, source selection support, and contracts to the management of multiple acquisition instruments of varying complexity). The contractor shall provide acquisition support services that are not inherently Governmental to include technical support to the evaluation process, and assistance to the Government in developing documentation in all areas of the pre-award acquisition phase.
