United States Border Patrol - Construct Sector Headquarters in Laredo, TX

U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operations Support Facilities (OSF), Project Delivery PMO (PD PMO) requires a contractor to design and build a new Sector Headquarters facility compound for the United States Border Patrol in Laredo, Texas. The facility will support expanded staffing and mission requirements, accommodating approximately 550 personnel. The total gross building area is approximately 375,000 sq. ft., including the main sector administration building, vehicle maintenance and facilities maintenance building, logistics warehouse, equestrian and canine facilities, auxiliary buildings, and physical plant support.
